The firm is dedicated to criminal defense, in general criminal law as well as in white-collar crime. It defends individuals and companies under investigation and represents victims as civil parties before all criminal courts, from the earliest stages of an investigation, whether police custody or voluntary interview.

The firm also advises companies and their executives before any proceedings arise, on criminal risk prevention and internal investigations.

Alice OUAKNINE was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 and to the State Bar of California in 2022. She holds a master's degree from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She began her career with the terrorism prevention branch of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in New Delhi, then with the Office of the Co-Prosecutors of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, before training in criminal litigation at the Gutkès and Riberolles firms.

Practicing in both English and French, she handles cases with a cross-border dimension and assists American and English-speaking clients prosecuted for, or victims of, offenses committed in France.

The firm is a member of the ISKA network, which brings together independent lawyers in Paris and makes it possible to draw on the civil, commercial and employment law resources a case may call for.
